Active in the Lake Geneva region since 2020, this high-end property management service quickly established itself as a benchmark for quality among owners looking to rent out their properties for short stays. This family-run business—approachable yet rigorous—masters the best practices for achieving high rankings in Google search results. Today, the company is expanding internationally, reaching as far as Mauritius.

Project Workflow

We created a moodboard in three stages: color and typography, imagery, and layout. After analyzing the designs of global high-end real estate agencies, we found an aesthetic direction that aligned with the client's vision.

We also planned additional pages for each city served by the agency to boost the site's local SEO performance.

Next, we created an animated mockup in Figma. Once all pages were approved, the design was handed over to the developer.

Result

Elite Home’s premium brand image was significantly enhanced. Partners—including real estate agencies—frequently commented on the high quality of the new look.
Website traffic KPIs all turned positive, and the site ranks very well for local search queries. Their social media presence skyrocketed, as did their revenue.
