Terms of Sale
Applicable to any order placed on atelierwebromand.ch. Last updated: July 27, 2026.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern any website-creation service ordered from Atelier Web Romand, Place du Temple 11, 1227 Carouge (Geneva), Switzerland — contact@atelierwebromand.ch — via atelierwebromand.ch. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale by the Client.
2. Services offered
Atelier Web Romand offers three showcase-website packages: L'Esquisse (790.-, 1 page, delivered in 5 days), Le Savoir-faire (1,790.-, up to 4 pages, delivered in 10 days) and Le Chef-d'œuvre (2,190.-, up to 4 pages, delivered in 15 days, plus a half-day photo/video shoot). Full details of each package (included revision rounds, features) are available on the Services page at the time of ordering. Add-ons are available: multilingual site (+100.-), monthly maintenance (+59.-/month).
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed online: the Client selects a package, completes payment (or deposit) via Stripe, then fills in a brief questionnaire describing their business and expectations. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed by Stripe; a confirmation is emailed to the Client.
4. Price and payment terms
Prices shown are those displayed on the site at the time of ordering, in Swiss francs (CHF). For L'Esquisse, the full price is paid at once. For Le Savoir-faire and Le Chef-d'œuvre, payment is split into a 50% deposit at order time and a 50% balance on delivery, before the site goes live. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Atelier Web Romand never has access to the Client's banking details.
5. Delivery timelines
The announced timelines (5, 10 or 15 business days depending on the package) start once the complete brief — and any required content (text, photos, logo) — has been received. They may be extended if the Client is late providing this content or approving revision steps.
6. Revisions and changes
L'Esquisse and Le Savoir-faire include a set number of revision rounds (see the Services page). Le Chef-d'œuvre includes unlimited revisions for the 30 days following delivery. Requests beyond these terms, or made after the site has gone live, may be quoted separately.
7. Client obligations
The Client agrees to provide content (text, images, logo) they hold the rights to use, and to respond within a reasonable time to requests from Atelier Web Romand needed to move the project forward. Delays caused by the Client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
8. Intellectual property
The website remains the property of Atelier Web Romand until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, usage rights to the delivered site (design and associated code) are transferred to the Client for their own use. The Client warrants they hold the necessary rights to any content (text, images, logo) they provide, and indemnifies Atelier Web Romand against any related third-party claim.
9. Cancellation
The Client may cancel their order before work has actually begun; the deposit paid is then refunded, less any costs already incurred (Stripe transaction, design work already completed). Once work has begun with the Client's agreement, the deposit is retained by Atelier Web Romand.
10. Liability
Atelier Web Romand commits to performing the service to a professional standard. In the event of a proven breach, its liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned. Atelier Web Romand cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for consequences arising from content supplied by the Client or from use of the site outside its intended purpose.
11. Maintenance (add-on)
The monthly maintenance add-on (59.-/month) covers technical monitoring and support for the delivered site. It has no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current month.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva.
