The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Atelier Web Romand makes every effort to keep the Site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance.

All content on the Site (text, visuals, logo, structure, code) is protected and remains the property of Atelier Web Romand, unless stated otherwise. Client work shown is displayed with the relevant client's agreement. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.

6. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Atelier Web Romand has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

7. Personal data

Data submitted via the contact form or when placing an order is used solely to respond to the Client's request or process their order, in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP). It is never sold or shared with third parties, except for the providers necessary to process payments (Stripe).

8. Cookies

The Site uses technical cookies essential to its operation, as well as — subject to user consent — audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) used to understand how the Site is used. These measurement cookies are only activated after acceptance via the banner provided for this purpose, and can be declined at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

Atelier Web Romand cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site, its temporary unavailability, or a malfunction related to the user's equipment or internet connection.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Geneva.
