After reviewing all the architects' plans and the 3D files already produced, we modeled the interior of each apartment to create isometric views. In total, 9 apartments were corrected and modeled.

To give clients all the information on the site smoothly and without overloading the brokers, we developed several custom WordPress plugins. The first lets you hover over the plan to highlight each apartment's surface area in green. A (large) tooltip then appears with the apartment's details.

Clicking triggers an automatic scroll that opens the accordion row just below with the property's specifics, and above all its isometric views, along with the option to run a financing simulation.

Financing simulation:
Clicking “simulate for this property” opens a modal. We can fill in the income and down payment fields and see in real time whether bank financing is feasible.
